Prof. Massimo Maria Caneva’s Mission took place in the context of a University Cooperation for Peace Program in which Universities in the Middle East and the Balkans have been collaborating for over 20 years now. Of course, this is one of the elements brought the effectiveness of such diplomatic and academic action : continuity over the years ! Know and be known, analysis and action in collaboration with Diplomats and Academics with the support of the UN Missions UNFICYP UNTSO UNIFIL ! And the innovative strategy promoted by AESI with the collaboration of Ambassadors and Rectors, UN Heads of Mission where the first actors are the students who remain the central target of the Program ! In the Middle East and The Balkans !
